NOSTRA aims to empower trainees to conduct and lead clinical research projects and will support trainees with study design, protocol development, statistical analysis, ethical application, grant writing and study management. 

We invite all grades of medical students, doctors, and surgical trainees to create, contribute, collaborate, and publish surgical and surgery-related research. This includes: medical students, foundation doctors, core-trainee doctors, registrars and all locally employed doctors. 

The association has been active since 2015 and has led to a number of publications and presentations. We are currently re-launching activities with a new committee and design. Follow our social media accounts to keep up to date with NOSTRA activity!
