We are conducting a two part study into the experiences and outcomes of Educational Supervision in postgraduate surgical training. 

Your perspective as a trainer or trainee is essential to understanding the reality of surgical supervision.

Optional Interview: At the end of the questionnaire, you will have the opportunity to express interest in participating in a short follow-up interview to expand on your answers and add to the qualitative portion of the research data.
